The contest will be posted at 11 AM Every Day with the everyday winner announcement the next day at 12 PM. Entries will be accepted till Midnight.
I. Eligibility: This contest participation is limited to residents of India above 18 years of age. The contest is subject to Country and state laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
II. Agreement to Rules: By participating in the (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions on WOW Science India as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Promotion.
III. Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted only from 11 AM till midnight of the same day and winners will be announced on next day at 12 PM.
IV. How to Enter: The Promotion must be entered by going through the following steps:
- Liking the post on the "wowskinscienceindia" & "wowlifescienceindia" Instagram any of the posts dated 2/3/2020 to 8/3/2020.
- Following "wowskinscienceindia" & "wowlifescienceindia" on Instagram, and Facebook.
- Tag your friends in the comments of the indicated contest posts (dates above). However, You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple Instagram or Facebook accounts in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion WOW Science India.
V. Prizes: There will be winners of the contests. Winners will receive the products mentioned in the contest post. The prize is non-transferable. Participants are eligible to win one (1) prize only. Decathlon USA will email the gift card to the winners.
VI. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
VII. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected based on their active participation and right answers. You may enter again on every new post. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT WOW SCIENCE INDIA’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless WOW Science and Instagram and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
IX. Personal Data: You hereby authorize WOW Science to, record, use and reuse your Personal Data to send emails, solicit feedback from You, including through surveys, send marketing communications and promotional material or to provide information about promotions and products of WOW Science India.
X. Rights Granted by You: By entering content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that WOW Science licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Promotion, without any further compensation, notice review, or consent. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decathlon USA from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Decathlon USA may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
XI. Disputes: This Promotion IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF INDIA AND THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA.
